John W. L. Bower joined Sutin, Thayer & Browne, immediately following his graduation from the University of New Mexico School of Law.

Prior to his legal career, John W. L. Bower spent 7 years as a sell-side M&A representative at a boutique investment banking firm. He coordinated the sale of a California logistics company to the Royal Mail Group, the sale of a crane and hoist company to an American top 5 privately held corporation, the merger of two large political marketing and advertising firms, and sales of businesses to private equity firms throughout the country. John brings this experience to our firm’s commercial, M&A, transactional, and tax divisions.

When he’s not at work, John enjoys spending time with his family and riding motorcycles through the scenic roads and desert trails of New Mexico.
