Alex G. Elborn is an associate in the firm’s litigation group and began his start at Sutin in 2021.  He practices statewide commercial litigation involving contract disputes, commercial foreclosures, and creditors rights.  Alex’s litigation largely involves real estate litigation involving title, easement, boundary, and property tax disputes.

As part of the health law practice group, Alex advises institutional clients regarding statutory and regulatory compliance, and general corporate governance. With respect to individual clients, Alex represents licensees before the varying regulatory boards.

Prior to joining Sutin, Alex was a trial attorney with the New Mexico Law Offices of the Public Defender where he developed a strong commitment to constitutional law and civil rights. Expanding upon that experience, he applies that skillset in the civil context, defending institutional clients  against similar claims, and advocating on behalf of individual professionals.

Alex is strongly committed to upholding the foundation of businesses and licensees and fiercely advocates for them.

He also writes in and speaks Spanish.
