Abigail G. Lutz has joined Sutin, Thayer & Browne following the completion of her Juris Doctor at the University of New Mexico School of Law. She will focus primarily on litigation matters related to Cannabis Law, Contract Review, Trusts and Estates, and Corporate Law.

Abigail earned her Bachelor of Arts, double majoring in Political Science and History from the University of New Mexico in 2021, graduating with honors. She then pursued her legal studies at the University of New Mexico School of Law, where she served as Lead Citations Editor for the Natural Resources Journal and was a Fellow and Program Assistant for the prestigious Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Program. Additionally, she was honored with the Clinical Legal Education Association Outstanding Student Award. Abigail graduated magna cum laude from UNM School of Law in 2024.
