He has conducted numerous hearings and trials in both State District Court and in Navajo Nation District Court. Travis regularly represents construction clients in lien disputes, breach of contract matters, and construction defect litigation. In his creditors' rights practice, Travis represents several financial institutions in the recovery of secured collateral, garnishments, and loan default matters. In addition, Travis represents clients in commercial foreclosure cases, and has represented both landlords and tenants in commercial and residential lease disputes.
