TWILA B. LARKIN practices exclusively in the area of family law, which encompasses divorce, child custody and time sharing, child support, alimony and the valuation and division of complex assets (professional practices, businesses) in the divorce context. Twila has particular expertise in Hague Convention abduction cases, military divorce cases, interstate child custody and child support jurisdiction cases. Twila also represents clients in kinship guardianship and grandparent visitation cases, as well as having litigated several child custody cases. She has been certified by the New Mexico Supreme Court as a family law specialist since 2002, and has been a Fellow with the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers since 2006.

Twila has practiced collaborative divorce law since 2000, is a founding member of the Albuquerque Collaborative Practice Group, and is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Before attending law school Twila worked as a paralegal in Florida, Texas and in New Mexico in several different areas of law.
