He also represents businesses as a lobbyist and handles matters before the New Mexico State Corporation Commission and other state administrative agencies. Ray has served as Director of the New Mexico Alcoholic Beverage Control Department and as Superintendent of the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department.
