ROBERT G. HEYMAN represents major local banks, as well as out-of-state financial institutions, advising on regulatory and transactional matters. He also is the firm's lead lawyer in its bond counsel work for the State of New Mexico and other state agencies, and has an ongoing practice in the firm's economic development specialty. He is an active participant in numerous American Bar Association and National Association of Bond Counsel committees, and is the New Mexico reporter for national publications on limited partnerships and limited liability companies.
