PAUL G. BARDACKE has practiced law in the public and private sectors for over 40 years. His current practice focuses on mediation and arbitration, and Paul has mediated over 1000 cases in the past 18 years. Paul served as Attorney General for the State of New Mexico from 1983 to 1986, and as Chief Negotiator for the State of New Mexico in Indian gaming negotiations with 16 New Mexico tribes and pueblos. He has tried over 25 jury trials as first chair, primarily in the areas of commercial, natural resources and environmental law. He also represented the State of New Mexico in the tobacco litigation. Paul was one of the founders of the bipartisan think tank Think New Mexico.
