JEANNE Y. SOHN practices primarily in the areas of creditor's rights, creditor bankruptcy, state and local government, and business litigation. In her litigation practice, Jeanne represents corporate and individual clients in the enforcement of contract rights and claims in federal, state and tribal courts.
