JAY D. HERTZ primarily represents lenders in litigation. His background lies in debt collection, collateral recovery, mortgage foreclosures, and loan workouts. He regularly litigates cash collateral motions, motions for relief from stay, adversary proceedings, and plans of reorganization. Additionally, he represents lenders in defending lender liability claims in federal and state courts, and before regulatory agencies.
