CHRISTINA S. WEST practices primarily in the areas of Indian law, commercial litigation, creditor's rights, construction law, and employment. Christina represents companies by enforcing their contractual rights in both state and tribal courts. Her creditors' rights practice includes large commercial foreclosures of real and personal property, enforcement of other secured interests, collections of open accounts, and enforcement of money judgments through garnishments, judicial sales, and judgment liens. She also defends creditors against debtors' claims. Christina's commercial litigation practice includes disputes over sales of businesses or the assets of businesses, shareholder disputes, and employee embezzlement issues. She represents contractors and subcontractors to collect their debts and enforce their liens. Her employment practice primarily includes defending discrimination claims and FMLA and FLSA issues.
