CHARLES J. PIECHOTA practices primarily in the area of business law, including general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities, commercial contracts and real estate transactions. Chuck advises small and large business owners regarding the formation, maintenance and disposition of business entities, as well as the preparation and negotiation of a broad range of commercial contracts and real estate transactions. Chuck has also helped public and private clients with federal trademark registrations. Chuck has mentored University of New Mexico law students and has lectured on subjects including the buying and selling of businesses and business entity selection. Before beginning his legal career, Chuck worked as a research assistant in Colorado State University's Mycobacterium Research Lab.
