His intellectual property practice includes copyright and trademark registration, litigation, and counseling; art law; domain name disputes; unfair competition; and trade secret matters. He represents artists and artists' estates, collectors, major corporations, universities, Native American tribes and pueblos, governmental entities, and owners of internationally-famous literary trademarks. He is a regularly-invited speaker on copyright and art law topics. Ben's commercial litigation practice includes litigation of corporate governance, fraud, fiduciary duty, and other business torts, class action defense, state and federal RICO claims, and contractual disputes in many fields, including technology, churches, satellite television, lending, private prisons, industrial engineering, and colleges and universities.
