Lawyers Anne P. Browne (505) 883-3422 APB@sutinfirm.com Albuquerque Office ANNE P. BROWNE practices primarily in the areas of real estate, commercial finance, Indian law and business transactions. In her real estate practice, she represents local, regional and national clients in a broad range of real estate matters including the structuring, negotiating and implementing of joint venture, construction, sale, purchase and leasing transactions for industrial properties, shopping centers, office buildings, apartment projects and other commercial properties. Anne has also represented borrowers and lenders in most types of commercial lending transactions, including project and acquisition financings, syndicated and single-bank credit facilities and loans involving Indian tribes and pueblos and Section 17 corporations. Her business transaction practice involves formation and governance matters, contract preparation and review and preparation and review of licensing and maintenance agreements. Before joining Sutin Thayer & Browne, she was Vice President and General Counsel at The First National Bank in Albuquerque, now Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. Professional and Community Involvement
