Public Finance
The lawyers in Sutin, Thayer & Browne's Public Finance Group are experienced in virtually all types of public finance matters and have served as bond, tax, issuer's, underwriter's, disclosure, trustee's and company counsel on essentially every type of municipal obligation authorized in the State of New Mexico. Our experience includes serving as counsel for tax-exempt issues for housing, educational and hospital facilities, and tax-exempt issues for local government units such as sewer, road and airport construction. We serve as bond counsel to the New Mexico State Board of Finance, the New Mexico Educational Assistance Foundation and the New Mexico Renewable Energy Transmission Authority, and are loan counsel for the New Mexico Finance Authority.
