Autumn Sees Three New Attorneys at Sutin
Albuquerque, New Mexico – Sutin, Thayer & Browne is pleased to
announce the addition of three new attorneys to the firm in recent
weeks.

Eduardo A. Duffy joins our commercial group,
practicing primarily in corporate and securities laws, business
transactions and public finance. He represents both public and
private companies. He also advises companies and local
governments in matters of local economic development incentives. |

Timothy J. Murphy joins our trial group,
focusing on creditors' rights, commercial litigation, land use
and title, and bankruptcy in New Mexico's federal, state and
tribal courts. Previously, he worked in the University of New
Mexico School of Law's Business & Tax Law Clinic and
completed an externship with the Court of Appeals in his native
California. |

Traci N. Olivas is a new member of our trial
group, practicing in commercial litigation, tort law, and
creditors’ rights. She was active in the Mexican American
Law Students Association and Women’s Law Caucus at the
University of New Mexico School of Law. Since 2006, she has been
a certified mediator with the New Mexico Mediation Association. |
