| VICTOR P. MONTOYA primarily practices in the areas of commercial
litigation, mortgages, employment litigation, commercial
landlord/tenant, and construction law. Mr. Montoya received his B.A.
from the University of Texas and his J.D. from the University of
California, Davis, where he was Managing Editor of the U.C. Davis
Law Review. Mr. Montoya is one of the Practice Group Leaders of our Litigation
Section.
