| SUSAN M. HAPKA is a shareholder and member of the firm's Trial
Group. Ms. Hapka practices primarily in the areas of civil
litigation, employment law, education law and insurance defense. Ms.
Hapka is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico, the New Mexico
Defense Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association and the
National Association of College and University Attorneys. She is
admitted to the Bar of the State of New Mexico, the United States
District Court for the District of New Mexico, and the United States
Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
