| STEVAN DOUGLAS LOONEY primarily practices in the area of complex
litigation, including commercial, environmental, taxation, contract,
insurance, civil rights, employment, construction and real estate
matters. He is a 1980 graduate of the University of San Francisco
School of Law and is admitted to practice before the United States
Supreme Court, the United States Tax Court, the Tenth Circuit Court
of Appeals, the United States District Court for the District of New
Mexico, and the various courts of New Mexico. Mr. Looney serves on
several boards, including the New Mexico Minimum Continuing Legal
Education Board and the Board of Trustees for The Art Center Design
College, Inc. Mr. Looney has experience in the arbitration and
mediation of commercial and construction disputes and he is
currently a Hearing Officer for the New Mexico Disciplinary Board.
Mr. Looney's practice also includes appellate representation in
state and federal appeals.
