| RAY SHOLLENBARGER primarily assists clients in placing liquor
licenses in New Mexico businesses and in dealing with the federal,
state and local administrative agencies that regulate the sale of
alcoholic beverages. In addition he has a broad background in the
New Mexico gaming industry and in matters before the Middle Rio
Grande Conservancy District. He also represents businesses as a
lobbyist and handles matters before the New Mexico State Corporation
Commission and other state administrative agencies. Mr.
Shollenbarger has served as Director of the New Mexico Alcoholic
Beverage Control Department and as Superintendent of the New Mexico
Regulation and Licensing Department.
