PETER S. KIERST practices primarily in the areas of commercial
litigation, antitrust, employment relations and white collar
defense.
Mr. Kierst was formerly a partner of Eaves, Bardacke, Baugh,
Kierst & Larson, P.A. and was admitted to bar, 1984, New Mexico,
U.S. District Court, District of New Mexico and U.S. Court of
Appeals, Tenth Circuit. Education: University of New Mexico (B.A.,
1977; M.A., 1980; J.D., 1984).
Mr. Kierst has served as Research Director, Governor's Commission
on Higher Education, 1984; Member, Citizens Advisory Group, City of
Albuquerque, 1981-1984; Instructor, Evidence and Trial Practice,
University of New Mexico School of Law, 1992 -- ; Faculty, Southwest
Regional National Institute for Trial Advocacy, 1993-1996.
