| MICHAEL J. GOLDEN received his undergraduate degree from the Johns
Hopkins University and his law degree from New York University
School of Law. His years of practice have included general
civil litigation and his current practice is primarily in the area
of Family Law. In addition to Family Law Litigation, Mr.
Golden has an extensive practice in Collaborative Law, a means of
resolving domestic relations disputes without litigation. Mr.
Golden also acts as a mediator in Family Law and other
disputes. Mr. Golden is admitted to practice in the Courts of
the State of New Mexico and the State of New York, in the United
States Court of Appeals for the 2nd and the 10th Circuits and in the
United States District Courts for the District of New Mexico and the
Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Golden is a
member of the American Bar Association, American Association for
Justice, New Mexico Collaborative Law Practice Group and the
Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Mr. Golden is
listed in Best Lawyers in America in the
