| MIKE SUTIN was admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico in
1959 and was a member of the law firm of Sutin, Thayer &
Browne from 1959 to 2006. He served as managing partner of the
firm from 1971 to 1983. He practices primarily in the fields of real estate and mortgage financing law, including representation of
in-state and out-of-state owners, sellers, buyers, lenders,
borrowers, landlords and tenants in single asset or multi-state
transactions; wills, trusts, estates, gifts and probate,
including ancillary probate law; construction law, including
representation of owners; and contract law. He is a member of
the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He is
a well-known contributor to national and state legal journals and is
listed in the 1995-2004 editions of Best Lawyers in America.
