MARK CHAIKEN practices primarily in the areas of public finance
and public projects. He has represented the Department of
Transportation with respect to the purchase and construction of its
commuter rail system, and has been counsel to the New Mexico Finance
Authority, among others.Mr. Chaiken was formerly an associate with Eaves, Bardacke, Baugh,
Kierst & Larson, P.A. He was admitted to bar, 1996,
New York; 2000, New Mexico and U.S. District Court, District of New
Mexico.
Mr. Chaiken received a B.A. in 1988 from Haverford College,
Haverford, PA, and his J.D. in 1995 from Rutgers, The State
University of New Jersey School of Law (with Honors, Order of the
Coif, 1995), Blaustein Fellow (1994-1995). Mr. Chaiken has served as
a Law Clerk to the Honorable Harris L. Hartz (1995-1996).
