KERRY KIERNAN practices primarily the areas of
Appellate Practice, Personal Injury, Commercial Litigation and
Indian Gaming Law.
Mr. Kiernan was formerly a shareholder of Eaves, Bardacke, Baugh,
Kierst & Larson, P.A. and was admitted to bar, 1982, New Mexico
and U.S. District Court, District of New Mexico; 1991, U.S. Court of
Appeals, Tenth Circuit; 1995, U.S. District Court, District of
Arizona; 1997, U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. He received his
B.A. in 1977 from and J.D., Clinical Law Honors, in 1982 from the
University of New Mexico (Phi Beta Kappa).
Mr. Kiernan has served as Clerk, New Mexico Court of Appeals,
1984-1986, and Assistant Appellate Public Defender, 1985-1987.
He is a Member of the State Bar of New Mexico (Board Member,
Appellate Practice Section, 1996 -- ) and the American Bar
Association.
