| JEAN C. MOORE concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial
lending, real estate, construction law, and general business law
including securities and entity formation. Ms. Moore graduated magna
cum laude from the University of New Mexico School of Law and was
admitted to the Order of the Coif. Ms. Moore serves on the board of
directors of the Albuquerque Museum Foundation.
