| GAIL GOTTLIEB practices primarily in the areas of commercial
litigation, employment litigation and civil rights litigation. Ms.
Gottlieb's experience includes defense of Title VII claims as well
as defense of wrongful termination claims alleged under traditional
state law theories such as retaliatory discharge and breach of
implied contract. She also defends prison inmate civil rights and
torts claims. In addition she regularly represents financial
institutions in bankruptcy and loan work-out matters.
