DEREK V. LARSON practices primarily in the areas of personal
injury litigation, complex commercial litigation, oil and natural
gas tax and royalty litigation.Mr. Larson was formerly a partner of Eaves, Bardacke, Baugh,
Kierst & Larson, P.A. and was admitted to bar, 1994, Texas;
1996, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas; 1997, New
Mexico and U.S. District Court, District of New Mexico; U.S. Court
of Appeals, Tenth Circuit. Mr. Larson received his B.B.A in
1988 from Stephen F. Austin State University and his J.D. in 1993
from South Texas College of Law.
Mr. Larson has served as Business Editor, Currents
International Trade Law Journal, 1992-93; Briefing Attorney, Texas
14th Court of Appeals Summer 1992; Author, "International
Airliner Manufacturing, The Airbus Industry Subsidy
Controversy," American Bar Association, Air and Space Lawyer,

Mr. Larson serves on the City of Albuquerque's Airport Advisory

New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association; American Association for
Justice, and Lawyer Pilots Bar Association.
