| CHRISTINA C. WEST concentrates her practice in the areas of
commercial litigation, creditor's rights, Indian law, and employment
litigation. She assists clients in enforcement of their contract and
intellectual property rights and represents tribal and non-tribal
creditors in enforcement of their secured and unsecured rights in
state court and in tribal courts. Her employment law experience
includes representation of both employers and employees in a variety
of employment matters and in discrimination litigation. She received
her J.D. from Arizona State University with a certificate in Federal
Indian Law and her B.A. from the University of Tulsa, cum laude.
Christina is licensed in New Mexico and to practice before the
courts of the Navajo Nation, the Hopi Tribe, and the Ute Mountain Ute
Tribe.
