| C. JOSEPH LENNIHAN has returned to Sutin, Thayer &
Browne after serving as Chief Legal Counsel to the New Mexico
Taxation and Revenue Department since 2003. Mr. Lennihan
received his J.D. from the University of Maryland in 1989 and his
LL.M. from Georgetown University Law School in 1999. He has
served as counsel to the Navajo Nation and the Colorado River Indian
Tribes. Mr. Lennihan practices in the areas of taxation,
Indian law and litigation. Mr. Lennihan is the Practice Group
Leader of our Santa Fe Section
