| CRISTY J. CARBÓN-GAUL practices primarily in the areas of
commercial transactions, probate and estate planning. She regularly
assists owners of closely-held businesses in matters of succession
planning in connection with her estate planning work. She is the
former President of the New Mexico Women's Bar Association.
Ms. Carbón-Gaul is the current president of the Southwest Women's
Law Center and a board member of Emerge New Mexico.
Ms. Carbón-Gaul is the Practice Group Leader of our Business
Section.
