| BENJAMIN ALLISON practices in the areas of intellectual property
and commercial litigation. He handles trademark registration,
licensing, and litigation, including matters before the Trademark
Trial and Appeal Board, for a wide range of clients from large
corporations and Indian nations to start-up companies and
individuals. His copyright practice includes art law and litigation,
and book, music, film, architecture, website, digital, and related
issues. Mr. Allison also handles trial and appellate litigation
involving fraud and other business torts, corporate governance,
professional liability, lending, tax, and class actions.
He is a regular invited lecturer at intellectual property law
conferences. Before joining the Sutin Firm, he was a lawyer at Dewey
Ballantine LLP in New York City, a law clerk for Hon. Paul Kelly,
Jr., of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and editor in chief of
the Notre Dame Law Review.
