| ANDREW P. KNIGHT practices in the areas of commercial
transactions, real estate and general business law. Mr. Knight
received his law degree from the University of New Mexico School of
Law, where he served as vice-president of the Student Bar
Association. Before joining Sutin, Thayer & Browne, Mr. Knight
served as a clerk for Judge Michael Vigil at the New Mexico Court of
Appeals, and prior to that he was a staff attorney for the New
Mexico State Senate Judiciary Committee.
