Group are experienced in virtually all types of public finance
matters and have served as bond, tax, issuer’s, underwriter's,
disclosure, trustee’s and company counsel on essentially every
type of municipal obligation authorized in the State of New Mexico.
Our experience includes serving as counsel for tax-exempt issues for
housing, educational and hospital facilities, issues for local
government units such as sewer, road and airport construction. We
serve as counsel to the New Mexico State Board of Finance and the
City of Albuquerque.
