in property and resources, federal power and obligations relating to
tribes, and the scope of federal and tribal preemption of state law
in Indian country.

commercial transactions to produce and sell agricultural products,
to purchase real estate, to obtain services and the drafting of
ordinances and resolutions related to these matters for adoption by
a tribal council. We are experienced in representing tribal gaming
