| Sutin, Thayer & Browne's employee benefits practice includes
drafting plans, government filings and submissions, and other
matters related to establishing and maintaining plans and government
filings and submissions. We provide on going advice to our clients
regarding the operation of their benefit plans, including drafting
and reviewing Qualified Domestic Relations Orders, representing the
plan in Department of Labor audits, ERISA litigation support, estate
planning for participants and advice concerning the effect of
mergers and acquisitions and other commercial transactions on their
benefit plans. We also advise employers on both stock and non-stock
executive compensations programs.
