| The Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Group at Sutin, Thayer &
Browne provides a full range of service to financial institutions,
business entities, governmental agencies and individuals on all
aspects of federal bankruptcy, reorganization and state insolvency
laws. Our practice emphasizes counseling creditors on their rights
and the restructuring and renegotiation of lender and financing
arrangements in order to protect creditors and provide relief to
financially troubled businesses. Lawyers in our Bankruptcy and
Creditors' Rights Group are members of the Navajo Nation Bar and are
admitted to practice before the Zuni Pueblo Courts, and regularly
appear before Navajo and Zuni courts on bankruptcy and replevin
matters.
